April 20, 2026

The Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) will host its second community Town Hall on school consolidation on April 28, 2026, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Pasadena High School (2925 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., Pasadena), providing the public an opportunity to offer input before the School Consolidation Advisory Committee (SCAC) presents its recommendations to the Board of Education.

PUSD remains committed to an unbiased process, guided at every step by Total School Solutions (TSS), the District’s independent consultant.

The Town Hall will include a presentation by TSS, followed by a moderated question-and-answer session in which pre-submitted questions will be addressed. The in-person town hall will also include a 60-minute listening session when members of the public can provide public comment, with numbered comment cards available.

To submit questions in advance, please scan the QR code or visit https://forms.gle/qBY8c2iZ3UPNxSH69 and submit them by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026.

Members of the public who are unable to provide comments at the Town Hall may submit written comments to publiccomment@pusd.us. All written comments received via email will be provided to the Board of Education and will become part of the official record for the minutes of the May 28, 2026, board meeting. Additional opportunities for public input will be available at upcoming regular Board meetings.

The meeting will be live-streamed in English and Spanish at pusd.us/townhall.

The SCAC committee’s final meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026. Recommendations will be presented to the Board of Education at the regularly scheduled meeting on May 28, 2026.
